A Month of Sundays – 8B

Here’s the latest send. It’s called A Month of Sundays and it’s a great 8B.
Why A Month of Sundays, you ask? Benjamin de Charmoy, who opened the climb, worked out the beta over a couple of weeks and every Sunday while working the climb, thought it would be this Sunday he’d send. Only to find himself back there the next Sunday. Give or take a week or so, a months of Sundays later, and Benj opened this rad climb.

The view, the movements and the dyno to the top makes this the full package. The line starts under a roof where you do a pull to a three finger pocket, set feet and do a massive move to an in-cut edge. This is where the fun begins. The climb’s crux is getting the left hand to a micro edge and maintaining the tension on the right heel hook. The final move is the dyno to the top, which in isolation, is an easy movement, but becomes a desperate jump to the top after fighting your way through the crimps.
